Review: The Crafty Hen

28 May 2015

What: Creative craft session to enjoy with friends.

Where: All over the UK!

Why: Organising a hen-do or party that doesn’t involve a stripper, copious amounts of alcohol and making out with that sweaty weirdo in the corner is harder said than done. But who really wants an awkward, hangover inducing night to forget? Not us! So when we discovered The Crafty Hen we felt we had to share it with everyone.

Hatched by head Hen Julie Roberts, a highly experience workshop leader and textile artist, who specialises in many fields within the craft industry. After increased demands The Crafty Hen was born getting more and more craft loving tutors involved all bringing their expertise and creative knowledge to the story.

The Crafty Hen offers alternative hen parties, birthdays, baby showers or just get togethers through their fun and creative workshops, giving giggly guests the chance to produce something new and original!

The crafty crew provide a bespoke service tailored to you and your requests showing how to make professionally finished items, including garters, corsages, bunting, fascinators, table decorations, nipple tassels, knicker decorating and more!

We love the look of the pottery; decorating your own cute tea sets, and quilt making; get your best girls together to sew a square each and put together to create a quilt you’ll never forget. Beautiful!

The workshops are offered all over the country and the lovely crafty folk can come to any location, so if you want to make some naughty knickers in your favourite pub; the tutors are happy to oblige!

The idea of these events are amazing, and I can’t wait to organise my own party soon! Nipple tassels ahoy!
